● Cooperate manner：The above personnel who have customers or relationship need to apply for certification such as UL/CE/GS/FCC can cooperate with Bontek in the following two ways:

* PT sales sign contract with customers with their own name and then Bontek will transact the certification issues. Bontek will just get information and finance balance from the PT sales. 

* PT sales introduce customers to our company, Bontek will offer follow up and technical support , the above personnel will enjoy the same treatment to other surrogate institutions.

● Technique support：Bontek will offer consummate and sufficient technique support and consultation to PT sales.

Cooperation Agent

● Cooperation object：The one who had cooperated for a time with Bontek and had some customers.

● Cooperation process：

1. Survey and analysis to local market, put in market analysis report and application.

2. Review running condition in the headquarters and confirm the cooperation manner.

3. Negotiate with each other and sign the contract to confirm the fitment and collocation of the office.

4. Send staffs from headquarters for instructing, training and then set up.

● The right and the duty of the Bontek：

1. Be responsible for drawing up the market strategy, confirm the market target of the business agent definitely.

2. Provide professional personnel training and the follow-up profession instruction.

3. Guide the management, draw up the catena strategy and conduct the way

4. Carry on uncertain period check, execute forcibly the service standard

● The right and the duty of the business agent：

1. Use the trademark of Bontek when running business outward

2. Manage within the scope authorized by Bontek headquarters

3. Acquire professional training and management training periodically

4. Running business according to the service item, service mode, service consent offered by headquarters

5. Establish proper charges standard because of the ground according to the headquarters price list.

6. Running strictly according to league agreement, accept not certain check from the  headquarters
